在英国无缘无故被ebay封账号，有什幺办法申诉吗？

 前天一个用了15年的ebay账户突然被封了，不能买卖任何东西，打电话过去要求要ID，把 ID发过去后就没消息了，再打电话过去说是违反了ebay的相关政策，却不说是什幺政策。说是保密，并且永远也不能使用ebay了，并且包括以后也不能再注册新的账户（已试过，新账户也被封）。收到的信件是：

Your eBay account has been suspended

Hello XXXX,

Your eBay account was suspended because
recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this
precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't
cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way.
This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees are due
immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be
charged to the billing method currently on file.

想想不太正常的也就是最近买了一批口罩大概200只左右，本想寄回国内给亲戚用。却被商家发信告知没货退款了，除此之外一切正常，购买的其他物品都正常发货了。

想问问有谁知道该如何去申诉或起诉吗？我只想知道为什幺被封，违反了哪条政策？为什幺没有任何警告就被封？
